What is the combined total number of years worth of experience of serving in an administration that Cheney and Rumsfeld had before they began serving in the George W. administration?

And why did all of this “experience” translate into one of the most inept administrations in history?

So much for experience!

I think the electorate decided to go with good judgment over experience this time.
